FWIW it requires a much bigger hole (3/4") to fit the head of the camera's waterproof Ethernet connector through. Once the head is through, the diameter of the rest of the camera's ethernet cable is significantly skinnier and leaves most of the hole open for water/etc to enter.
The way I did it was to:
Drill a ~1/2" hole in the soffit for ethernet cable (and put a rubber grommet in because it's aluminum and I didn't want the cable to get nicked).
Pull the cable through,
attach the other half of the waterproof connector to it,
THEN crimp the RJ45 connector,
plug it in to the camera,
stuff it all in.
It's a little tight and you have to push as much of your cable back up into the soffit as you can, but the PFA-130E will fit the whole enchelada.
