Given that I already have a license for the Android BI App for my phone, if I want another copy of it to load on a Fire Stick for another TV, do I have to pay another $9.99 for it? Is there a way I can re-use the Android app I already paid for?

you can try sideloading it...as with every other app, the firestick uses its own store..you need to pay again, just as you would if you wanted the ios app.
I will try that. I've never owned a Fire Stick so I wasn't sure if they have that ability or even has a File Manager I can use to access the apk file.
