Hey guys, i'm mostly running the ipc5442t-ze cams at the moment (love them). Today was looking for larger micro sd cards to put in a couple of them and ended up purchasing a 256gig
WD Purple SC QD101 Ultra Endurance microSD Card.
In their marketing spiel they mention:
Smart Storage Maintenance
Card Health Monitoring. In compatible cameras, the card health monitoring capability
allows you to get notified about the health status of your WD Purple microSD card, so
you can perform preemptive storage management.
Does anyone know whether the 5442's or other dahua cams are compatible with this function? It sounds pretty good, being able to know whether or not there are issues with your microsd card, BEFORE it fails.
