DMSS Live View

I bought NVR, IP cams from EmpireTech Andy. Now I need help setting up DMSS I can’t figure out.

live view on the app seems to work only when I’m connected to the network. Even then, at times it will say connection failed.

Switched to EasyViewer and no issues now…

Switched back to DMSS and now no issues……….

Now DMSS says login timeout again and it won’t connect when I’m not connected to network. This is garbage?!
