DMSS ioS Notifications delayed 2 to 20 minutes

Since last week my DMSS tirpwire notifications to iPhone has seen significant delays ranging from 2 to 20 minutes. Was on iphone app version 1.99.303 build 2022.12.13 then I updated it to latest 1.99.610 build 2023.10.25 but saw no difference. I even deleted the tripwires reset them all up. The notifications come from my Dahua DHI-NVR5216-4KS2 NVR. I do see in my firewall traffic on ports 8888 and 2195 for apple push.

Anybody else see this delay? If not then I might have to troubleshoot further if my firewall settings or some port is changed for notifcations.

We get posts like this from time to time.

The notifications are routed thru Dahua servers, so the delay can be on any of those servers across the network. So the delays can be even as specific to your location and how they are routed.
