Distracted School Bus Driver

As the bus comes to a stop the driver already has something in their hands. I can't tell for sure if it's a cell phone or not. According to the camera's time stamp, the bus was stopped for 1 minute and 17 seconds. At the end of the video the driver puts something on the dashboard before driving away. I do see at least 2 kids on the bus.

Looks like one of those big cell phones. But KUDO'S to the bus driver for pulling off and stopping. In East TN. there has been more than one accident involving a distracted school bus driver recently. One of those incidents resulted in a death.

She stopped at least, only issue she was looking at it then stopped to respond. Can't believe cars and say school buses don't block signals yet as I bet they will in the future.
