Difference between model numbers for dahua cameras

What is the difference between
[h=1]ipc-hdb4300c, cn, cp?[/h]i have downloaded the data sheets and can't see any difference. Can someone enlighten me
 
I'm pretty sure that CP means cable poe, which puts the poe outside of the camera on the pigtail itself. What CN and CE mean, I don't know.

I'm not that sure also, but if I were to take a guess, the ones ending in N are ntsc, and the ones ending in P are PAL?
