I purchased this awhile back from Andy, came with Asian writing, am having no luck in finding wiring instruction, help me please

Hey that is fine, but where do I find how, what wires that are at the camera already to hook it to, the instructions with it are all in Chinese, or should I assume the power at the cam are as shown in pic. as I have the 3 wires at mic, and cam has a plug Thanks

If you can't make it work with that two pics, better get a mic with plugs.
