I notice on any device in the past months, that it wasn´t possible to backup and recover my device settings.
I use it for IP and NVR´s for Firmware Upgrade and to the same device.
Sometimes on some older firmwares its possible to recover some settings, but on the last firmware versions it´s impossible to recover anything.
What´s the experience of you? Did someone sucsessfully used it? To be for sure, it´s meant through the webinterface of the cam, not template managment from config tool.
It´s really bad to reconfigure everything new after an nvr firmware upgrade. for ipc it´s much less work, but this is another basic thing which dahua has broken...
