"Desktop Frame" Not Working

After years of faithful BI performance, the "open in desktop frame" not longer works as the option is grayed out on the menu. I've searched the forum, hunted thru the sub-menus in BI, re-booted the PC, and on and on, but no can do, the option remains grayed out? Just wondering if anyone has an idea why this would occur? Some of the other options on the same menu (right click on camera image menu) are grayed out, but as I rarely used those others I can't say if it's normal or not.


Any help much appreciated.


Using BI v.5351 on a Windows 7 desktop PC with an I7 CPU and ample memory. No changes made whatsoever to the PC and rolling back the BI version results in the same grayed out options.

I've never used that option but I checked mine (5.3.2.11) and that option works on mine. Hopefully someone else will chime in here with a solution for your issue.
