Hi Guys,

I bought that camera, I have a W10 home pc and I can't see the live video from none of these browsers: Chrome, Edge or Firefox. I installed VLC, I installed the plugin Webcomponent.exe downloaded from the camera but every time it suggest me to download it again. I checked in the installed programs and it's there. I even tried to disable the windows firewall. i don't have any antivirus.
Can I suggest me anything?

Dear Fenderman, I restarted the pc, uninstalled the plugin, restarted again, reinstalled the plugin and now with IE11 works fine. Sorry for this thread. I apologize Fenderman.
