Delivery and the Mystery Cup

At the 2:33 mark of this video the driver empties a large cup of an unknown liquid in the street. Notice he is careful not to step in it. You will see earlier in the video that the passenger empties that cup onto the corner of our neighbors yard before getting in the back of the van. I wonder what was in the cup? There is no way to know for sure, but it wasn't something they wanted to drink. Parts of the video run at 4x speed.

She clearly took a leak when she got back in the van from the back door. Readjusting the pants when she got out is the give-away. I wouldn't want to drink that either

Not trying to get political here (there's already a thread for that) but I am curious: Does your non-compliant Governor Newsom know these 2 aren't wearing their masks? Or has CA relaxed the mandate?

Well they both peed in the cup and he dumped it under the truck. At lest they did it inside the truck, check out the one i just posted.
