Delay Unlocking Door Latch - VTO2000A Video Intercom

We have 2 x Dahua DHI-VTO2000A video intercoms at our house and use the iDMSS app to answer the ring and to unlock the doors. Both units are working fine but with one of them, there is a long delay (5 to 10 seconds) between when it says "the door is unlocked" and when it actually releases the electronic latch.

This confuses people and they often go back and press the button again rather than wait for it to actually unlock.

Is there a config setting to control this?

Just an idea: what-if you, as a test, disable the sounds - is the unlock quicker?

Thanks for your suggestion. I disabled all the sounds and it still took the same amount of time before the unlock.
