Deer Feeder Cam set up - no power/internet

So,

I'm trying to set up a camera system that runs off of a batter/solar system and transmits the pics/video over an internet connection provided by a hotspot or some other type of cellular device. The place is in south Texas and would love to be able to see what's at the feeder (coyote/pigs/cats/deer/poachers?). It has cellular service so that is a way for cellular communication.

Any of you folks done something like this? I have some ideas but would love it if there was something I could copy :).
 
Thanks ServiceXP and iphelpc, both are great suggestions. And i thought i'd have some ridiculous setup with solar panels and ac to dc converters, and all this other crud and whoop there it is, they already make them!

Now to figure out b/t the two suggested cameras which is better. I'm going to need a solar power supply system and ability to see video.

Now that i've searched the interwebs i've found some that have some slick iphone apps. Will continue to dig into this... Thanks for the suggestions!

Anyone seen/heard anything good about the stealthcam?
