I am going to install the September version of CPU for Windows 10. Can I leave the other version there and install over it or do I need to uninstall the February 2021 version first?

I always stop BI (stop it loading as a service as well), uninstall DS, manually delete anything left directory wise, then reinstall the new version and re-enable BI. YMMV
