DeepQuest AI Tool error

I am hoping someone can help me out. Here are the details and the components of my setup.

- Main OS -
Windows 10 Home
Version - 1909
OS Build - 18363.1082

- Computer Info -
Processor - Intel Core i5-9600K CPU @ 3.70GHz
RAM - 32 GB
System Type - 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

Running the Home Assistant Ubuntu VM inside of Oracle VM VirtualBox. Portainer addon docker container is installed along with the "deepquestai/deepstack" container. BlueIris and AI is
installed on the same Windows 10 machine. Windows firewall is disabled for testing purposes..

DeepStack is working as far as I can tell. Please see "deepquest.png" for confirmation.

AI error log shows the following:

[15.09.2020, 23:57:02.081]: Starting analysis of E:\aiinput\annkesd.20200915_235527006.jpg
[15.09.2020, 23:57:02.082]: (1/6) Uploading image to DeepQuestAI Server
[15.09.2020, 23:58:42.084]: System.Threading.Tasks.TaskCanceledException | A task was canceled. (code: -2146233029 )
[15.09.2020, 23:58:42.086]: ERROR: Processing the following image 'E:\aiinput\annkesd.20200915_235527006.jpg' failed. Can't reach DeepQuestAI Server at .

I don't know where to go from here and would like to get some pointers before I try the "deepquestai/deepstack:noavx" container like some have reported.

I have tried the "deepquestai/deepstack:noavx" container and that gives the same error.
