Deep stack alerts only when confirm?

Below is my setting for deep stack, shouldn't it only alerts if there's a confirmed person but I'm getting alerts for everything.

That is just your triggers. Although that says Alert confirmation, this is as it applies to the alerts on the timeline and the thumbnails.

For alerts to you, you have to go to the alerts tab and set up when you want to get alerts. I suspect in that location it is not set up correctly.

Also confirm under the motion tab that under Immediate Actions you do not have an alert there as well.

I had it to alert in immediate action. Just removed ít hopefully thí solves it
