In a system like this, where the cameras are "paired" with the NVR out of the box, they literally just need to be powered on and they find the NVR. Everything works great; except I am switching to a PC and Blue Iris. My question is can I "disassociate" the 8 cameras from the NVR and use them as stand alone ip cameras, each with its own IP address? Has anyone tried anything like this before?
I'm afraid that if I start messing around with this and can't get it going, I won't be able to get the camera "paired" with the Zosi system again.
