Decoder needed!

I am having a hell of a time finding a decoder that can decode RTSP streams or multi-channel ONVIF devices.

Any suggestions would be helpful!

Decode to what?

Raspberry pi zero (http://amzn.com/B0748MPQT4) + omxplayer software. Of course that uses wifi so results may vary.

Decode to what?

It’s Monitor to display selected cams. No more than 16.
Need a device that is not pc based and will resume after power failure etc.
Was using a Hik, dahua and Vivok decoder but they won’t do rtsp or multi-channel onvif.

Your easiest solution is probably going to be an actual NVR. You don't need to use the recording functions.

Sadly, I need to display a mix of TV-I and IP cams.
They use Milestone as a VMS and an encoder handles the TV-I cams.
Streams from both device types need to be on the monitor.
