Decent/best quality and compatibility 1080P camera model recommendation

Hi guys,

Likely this was asked here before. But what particular model would you recommend for a brand new setup with latest BI and about 10 cameras. The network will be VLAN'ed and gigabit throughput.

I have to add that I'm looking for:

1080P(clear day view)
Night vision
Motion detection
PoE
Dome style
Also, few bullet for outside.
