I tried this system and returned it. When compared to my machine running an intel i7 5820k and 16GB DDR4, the Dell ran at 100% and mine was running at 49% with the exact same BI setup and number of cams. I looked into it and found that the Dell systemboard is the problem. They don't take advantage of all the CPU is capable. I know mine has 2 more cores, but that should equal a doubling of CPU usage. There was a bottleneck somewhere in the DELL.

Did you test the system with a full license version of BI or did you run the demo?
