I deactivated BI from my laptop and installed on a pc. When I enter my code, it remains as a trial version. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Is the version on the new computer beyond the 1 year of updates?
When you purchase BI you get updates for a year, but if you renew support you get another year.
So if you are out of support you can install any version up to the expired date to get rid of the trial version. Or renew to get the most recent.
