Data being sent to OPENALPR - not even enabled?

I was just checking my gateway logs and noticed a bunch of data is being sent to OPENALPR which is odd considering I have not enabled such functionality?

I've just enabled logging in my gateway for my BI server and an hour in there's nothing so far so does this happen all through the day for you?

Also what version of BI 5 are you on and have you even enabled openalpr integration?
