When two idiots get close to each other....what could go wrong.
Looks to me like the shooter was chasing the other guy. His dashcam shows him running at 101 mph when he starts shooting.
Now him and his buddy are deaf for his troubles.

Don't think the speed limit is that high on FL roadways. /snark.
