The guy is wearing a Sunnybrook Foundation jacket, collecting donations for a Hospital. He was probably listening to music to kill the time going door to door.

I wasn't sure who he was representing. I had stepped out for a walk and got an email alert that someone was at my door.

Yeah, being in Ontario as well, I recognised the '...ook' on his jacket, and the symbol.

Do you have footage of him at your neighbours in the background? Does he do the same dance? Maybe it's his timing for 'nobody home, next!'

He did dance for my neighbour BUT while talking to him. :lol: Not sure if it's the same dance.
 
He reminds me a little of people I've know with Down's or Tourette's.

You can see the headphone style wires under the bottom of his jacket. Guessing he either had wireless ear buds (can't see them though) or had the earphones tucked just out of view under the collar of his jacket with the vol turned up.

Looks like he saw the camera.. and from the smirk on his face he did it all for the camera.. kid got some moves haha
