Dear,

I have done several dahua videophone installations, now the last tines, if I want to upgrade from version 4.5 to 4.7, it always says "connection failed, check firmware version"
I've also tried to upgrade first to 4.6, but it's still the same issue.
I'm using VDP config.

Any solutions please to solve this annoying issue.

I’ve had support log in to set a couple up and they always use config tool to do the update.

I've found the solution troufh dahua wiki.

And exactly, need to use the config tool, instead of the VDP config.
