Dahua User Doesnt Exist

Hi There.

Ive assisted a client in setting up their remote viewing onsite for 2 of their DVRs, both of which are Dahua machines.

Im sitting with 1 DVR working via the GDMSS app and the other isnt apart from when u use a web browser.

I obviously cant have 37777 for both DVRs so i changed the seconds TCP and UDP ports slighty from 37777 to 33777 as well as 37778 to 33778

Nothing works for the second machine. I even tried to change the tcp port to 8000. When i go in the app and enter in details, it says that the Username doesnt not exist even tho ive used it whilst logging on thru a browser and directly on the machine

Please can someone help me urgently

First of all, I am no IT expert. But, I don't think you have to change the TCP or the RSTP ports from their default values. You do, however, need to provide unique IP address for each NVR. In your router, I believe would then need to forward both the local TCP and RSTP ports to something that is not blocked by your ISP. You would need to do this for both NVRs.
