Dahua SD22204T-GN-W not tilting up and down

I have the mentioned camera and something is not right.. I can move the camera (via ptz controls) left and right but not up and down... Is the motor inside for tilting it up and down dead or? I’ve tried resetting it to factory defaults but no luck.. Help?

I'm not familiar with the inside of that cam, but you may want to take it apart and see if there is a belt that has broken, or came off.

how are you powering this camera?
