Dahua SD22204T-GN -or- IPC-SD29204T-GN -or- ??

I am trying to decide between these two cameras. They dont really seem different to me or perhaps I am missing something. Why would I pick one over the other?

Anyone know of other cameras similar to these that I should look at also?

According to the specs, one is interior the, IPC-SD29204T-GN , the other one is exterior.
The 29204t-gn has ir lighting, the sd22204t-gn doesn't. The sd22204t-gn looks like it has a better lux rating though.
