Dahua PC NVR

I want to be able to take demo footage using my laptop. Plan is to connect camera to injector, then to laptop, no switch. Will Dahua PC NVR work for this?

Not worried about storage, only need a couple minutes of footage so client can see IP camera versus analog or HD.

you dont need PC-NVR then, just open camera in SmartPSS or even your browser client, and hit record.
