Dahua NVR4216-4KS2 password or factory reset

Hi, I bought used NVR4216-4KS2. All legal, have invoice, etc. However the previous owner didn't reset device to factory settings. I have no possibility to reset it using email account.
And now comes the problem, device has no reset button.
Do you know maybe how I can reset it without sending it for repairing? Is there any jumper I can use? Was trying to find some information, but it was said something about J1 jumper which is not at the motherboard.

If the NVR has older firmware you could try the two default accounts admin/admin and 888888/888888 on the local interface. The newer firmware has eliminated this access to enhance security. For the newer firmware there's something in the manual about scanning a QR code and receiving an email to reset the password, but I couldn't figure out how it works from what I read.

In case of this NVR it is hard to reset on your own. Of course you can use password recovery- but I have no access to the previous email (every security code goes there). In the end I sent it to the support. They can reset.
On this motherboard there is no reset button.
