Dahua NVR2104-4KS2 encode settings issue

Hi!

I have the nvr with two IPc-HDW1431S-S4. I would like to set one camera under the Camera -> Encode -> Type as motion and the other as Alarm.
However when i set the type to Motion or Alarm and apply it both channel will have Motion or Alarm accordingly. Unable to set the config per channel. Also changing the channel does not shows the previously applied settings to the channel.
Am i got the wrong picture about how the UI works or is it a bug?

You need to set the settings in the camera itself, not the NVR.
