Dahua nvr setup help

Im currently setting up a 64 channel nvr.

My question is one im away from the nvr we have slowwww dsl where this is at.

What settings do i need to change to be able to use this off site? Right now it has good quality but it only updats the image every 5-10 secs.

Ok so i got the cams turned down on the substream.

But my next question is once im on the local lan and connect to my nvr i still am getting the substream stream off the nvr. How can i change thatV
