I have a Dahua NVR with lorex 16 Lorex cameras. I am having the strangest issue. All 16 cameras each disconnect from the NVR every 5 hours and 18 minutes (or 5 hours and 18 minutes or 5 hours and 38 minutes). They logout at those specific times (give or take but not more than 1 min difference). The cameras logout at exactly those 3 specific times in random order. I have tried different POE switches but that did not work.

These are my network specs:
1 x Dahua DHI-NVR4232-4KS2/L
16 x Lorex LNB8105X (static ip set)
Avaya ERS5000 POE switch
Gateway: Spectrum router as DHCP server - Askey Router Wireless Wave 2 RAC2V1K

Here is the log from one of the cameras:

Interesting...each cycle begins with "admin Login." Any ports forwarded in your router?

Check NVR setup for "auto maintain" or the like under "system".
My Amcrest cams have that function (also a Dahua OEM like your Lorex); I don't have a NVR, I use Blue Iris but I'm thinking the NVR has a function similar to the cams.

Just three ports are forwarded. One for my PBX system and one for my VPN and ssh to linux server.

The only auto maintain option that I see in under maintain and I have it setup to reboot every sunday at 23:00 and have "emergency maintenance" checked
