I’m starting to regret going with the Dahua NVR instead of the Blue Iris build. Live and learn.

Anyhow, I’m currently in the process of installing my system and I have an NVR5216 POE. I’m trying to sort out how to make the NVR flag motion/movement in the playback menu. So far I’ve been unsuccessful and I’ve run across a weird issue of setting the IVS intrusion area. When I add the rule in the IVS menu I carefully outline my porch area but when I save the configuration the area goes wonky. Please see the attached pictures. Any idea what is happening?

I'm not sure what the issue is, but it looks like the outline is rotated 90°(and distorted)- might be an issue from having it in corridor mode.

Could you try taking the cam out of corridor, drawing the outline, then seeing if it maintains the correct outline?

EDIT: Not as a solution, but just to try and diagnose.
