Dahua NVR: I record 24/7 and recently set up and IVS tripwire. Where can I see the tripwire flags in the video?

The tripwire is working and is emailing me snapshots of who came in the driveway. Now I'd like to be able to see the flagged spots in the actual video but I don't know where to do that at.

In the video playback click on that icon circled in green and you will see the rules flashing when it's triggered. This capture is from my playback in internet explorer.

Is something supposed to show up on the timeline? I turned this on and I don't see anything different.

In the first screen grab you posted, put a check mark next to Record Channel.
Then you need to go to recording setup, and choose what you want to record, on the setup tab.
Then yes it will show up in the timeline.
