Dahua NVR DHI-NVR4216-16P-4KS2/L AND CAMERA DH-IPC-HFW2431SP-S-S2

Hello,
I installed nvr 4216-16P-4KS2/L and 8 cameras DH-IPC-HPW2431SP-S-S2 .I am facing two issues :

1.The integrated POE switch is not working ,Is there some techniques to enable them?
2.I tried to change the IP adress from the config tool ,could not change the same .

IF you have a Dahua NVR with built-in PoE switch... DO NOT follow instructions telling you to use the config tool or switch the IP of your cameras or initialize anything..! With NVR's typically with a -P designation (Built-n PoE switch - example: 4208-8P-4KS2) none of that is required and it...

First of all, for more than the configuration tool see the cameras online if your pc is in another IP range you will not be able to change the IP, usually they come with 192.168.1.108 if you are outside that range you will not be able to do practically nothing, if you are within the same range and you still cannot change the ip, try doing it with the internet explorer
