I just upgraded my NVR (DHI-NVR4216-16P-4KS2) from a V3 firmware to V4.001.0000005.1, Build Date: 2021-07-13.

My camera's (IPC-HDBW1225R and IPC-HFW4438M-I1) were working fine previously, however after the firmware update all camera's status turned red:

And the log showed:

Searching various forums and all of Google turned up nothing on the "Devices do not match" error.

These are all cracked cameras in Chinese.
Only Chinese NVR can be used after firmware update.
Are there any threads I can read about these cracked cameras? Were they even manufactured by Dahua?

Right now i am working around the problem by adding them as Manufacturer: "Custom" cameras with RTSP URLs like:
rtsp:/10.1.1.65/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0

The only problem is that on reboot, they all flip back to "Private". I guess that'll have to do for now until I find another solution.

This NVR is an export version.
Can't use Chinese camera.
Because Dahua firmware after 2018 has been deleted for compatibility.
There are three solutions.
1. Flash the camera to V2.62 to crack the firmware in English.
2. NVR flashes back V3.2 2017 version firmware through the programmer.
3. Use RTSP to access NVR.

2017 firmware The following compatible commands are also saved.
