Dahua NVR 5216 LED1 light is RED on motherboard?

What does the red LED1 in the middle of the NVR5216 motherboard signify? The fans are running, the HD is running, but there is no HDMI output to my monitor now.

I same have the problem with my Dahua NVR 4416-16p there are two red led lights on the motherboard. NVR wont boot up only turn on from the back power button. None of the buttons on the front work.

Is it a hard disk problem?

Is the motherboard gone?
