Your second screenshot is from Dahua's US website which has a page for this model: 59430UNI
You'll find a page for the SD59430U-HNI on the international website (which has a much broader product selection including the models talked about most often here).

Dahua is changing the naming convention for USA branded cameras again, they've made a bit more of a mess with these changes.

PTZ's have a different convention: USA/IPCamera/PTZ/ - Dahua Wiki

so the 'U' means Pro series with H.265 support.

The "H" is in the older PTZ naming not the new but the Amazon ad has the "H"

The difference between 59430UNI and SD59430U-HNI is just if it's a US model or an international one (or perhaps more precisely which the seller claims it is). If it isn't coming from an authorized distributor in the US it's probably the HNI. They're the same camera.

Just contact @EMPIRETECANDY and ask for the ipcamtalk discount on the SD59430U-HN with free DHL shipping it would be hard to beat that price.

Is there a reason that this Dahua (6C430UNI) 4MP PTZ with same 4 MP is $1,000 more than SD59430U-HNI

Ultimately a 2mp starlight model is probably going to be better. If you're getting into the really high end models, I think there are some 6-8mp models that are much better than the 4mp. The 2mp starlight models will do better at night.

Go to the international version of their website Dahua Technology - Leading Video Surveillance Solution Provider with CCTV Produc click the globe if needed. Look at the models you see there and search the forum here for those models not the US model numbers.
