This is a new camera I bought from Andy about 3 months ago. All the sudden it will not let me login to the camera itself. It is recording but not sending events. I have done hard reset on camera and rebooted entire network devices with no changes. All other 15 cameras are working as should.

After you did a hard reset (reset button on camera) what IP address did you use to try to access it?

And, what would be the IP address used? I assume you tried IE to access the cam directly? 192.168.1.108?

That IP is what I use to get in NVR but use link on camera page to access directly.

If you have a separate POE switch or you have a way to directly power the camera try to access it directly rather than go through the NVR. Otherwise, maybe unplug all the cams and move the problem cam to another port on the NVR then try it out. I should note that these cams have have a factory default IP address of 192.168.1.108 and go back to that IP address after a factory reset.

The NVR sets the IP once it registers it right?
I will find my external POE and try that later.

Sorry, I don't know the answer to that. I use BlueIris and it's standard process for us BI guys to log directly into the cam at 192.168.1.108 with IE then change each one to a unique IP address. Typically, we might change it to 192.168.2.100 for example then each camera we add we change the last octet to 101, 102, 103, etc.
