Dahua IPC-HDW5231R-ZE with iVMS-4500 iPhone App

Hello. I'm having some trouble connecting a Dahua IPC-HDW5231R-ZE to my iVMS-4500 iPhone app.

This is all being done in my local network. No port forwarding or exposing anything to the outside world.

In iVMS-4500 i'm trying to add the Dahua via IP/Domain Register Mode.

I enter the IP and correct credentials. I have tried every port, but nothing seems to work. All different ports just give me a failed to connect message, when I use port 80, I get a timeout error.

A couple of notes. I am able to ping the camera from my iPhone. Also I have this camera connected to Synology Surveillance Station successfully.

Any suggestions?
 
That won't work because that's the Hikvision app, try gdmss or idmss. Those are the Dahua Android and iOS apps.

What you can do if you have a Hikvision NVR, is add the Dahua cam via onvif and watch it trough ivms anyway.

Or, if you don't have a NVR. You can use an app like Tinycam, with this app you can mix brands.
