Dahua IPC-HDBW443xR-ZS camera name change from IPC?

I have two second hand Dahua dome cameras IPC-HDBW4431R-ZS and IPC-HDBW4431R-ZS.
For whatever reason, I can not change the name these cameras on my Dahua NVR (DHI-NVR5232-4KS2). If I change the name of the channel on the DVR it revert back to IPC after a refresh. On the camera itself, I changed the channel name and the network name but still, the NVR will always show IPC back....

Any ideas?

My firmware are:

IPC-HDBW4433R-ZS 2.261.0000.28.R
IPC-HDBW4431R-ZS 2.622.0000000.31R
DHI-NVR5232-4KS2 V4.002.0000000.6.R, Build Date: 2022-11-15

If also you have a link for a newer firmware for these products I am interested.
 
For the first easy thing, on the NVR are you hitting the "OK" button after changing the camera name?
 
I wish I could help, but my camera names entered into the NVR web interface stick, so there's nothing to troubleshoot. My NVR firmware is older than yours.
 
I have only two of my cameras creating that problem... All the other can be renamed without any issue... Seems that dahua cameras have compatibility issue with dahua nvr...
