Dahua IPC A35/ What language is this firmware?

I ordered an indoor Dahua IPC A35

This is the language it was originally in (Look at attachment)

I managed to flash to an English 8.31.17 firmware, all is fine.

If I have to do a factory reset, will it reset to English or the original foreign version?
