Dahua DMSS Version 1.99.402 Released 2/10/2023 Not Working?

Hi All,

On Feb 10, 2023 Dahua released DMSS Version 1.99.402.

Immediately after updating the app no longer works.
--- The cameras are not accessible and the app crashes.
--- After clearing cache, unistalling and reinstalling app. It wont add any cameras, wired, wireless, or through port forwarding, or direct static IP.

Does anyone have an earlier version of Dahua DMSS? Preferably 1.99.401? They can upload?

I appreciate any help.

Ok, I have figured out the issue I am having and am updating post in case others are experiencing similar.

I have a customer still using domain names through a DDNS Server. Not the best secure way to connect but they are port forwarding through two routers, second is hidden.

If anyone is using DDNS, Doman Names to connect you will have a problen with latest version of DMSS. 1.99.402

When you update, you will need to do the following if the app opens then crashes.
---- Clear Cache and Memory, you will have to input everything all over.
---- The latest version 1.99.402 does NOT need the full domain pathway. Ex:

https://domainname.ddns.net

INSTEAD USE DOMAIN NAME ONLY, EX: domainname.ddns.net

My clients are complain about their VTO's not ringiing anymore when soneone hit the bell. Either mine. I dont know if is update issue.
