Dahua DHI-NVR4108-8P-4KS2 playback issues

Hey Guys,

recently got a Dahua DHI-NVR4108-8P-4KS2 NVR and 6 IPC-HDW4631C-A cameras. I've been trying to play back video footage directly from the NVR itself, however it seems to take so long just to load and playback to the point where it's basically un-usable. This can't be normal right? I am navigating to Main Menu > Search.

I've left the cameras image resolution and fps at the default config. 3072×2048@20fps.

Any ideas why I can't play back reliably?

Perhaps have a look through the menu and find the system load area so you can check the bandwidth usage? Alternatively, disconnect a few camera feeds and see if the loading delay reduces.
