I’ve had my Dahua DB-11 wired camera doorbell for 3.5 years and it’s suddenly stopped working.
I’ve pressed the reset button at the back of the doorbell but I no longer see the turquoise light or hear ‘Wi-Fi enabled’ or Wi-Fi disabled’. The bell is temperamental in terms of going offline intermittently, but this is the first time it’s completed stopped working, which is going on for 3.5 weeks now.
It’s like it’s lost power but I’ve checked the fuse in the power adapter and tried a different socket, but still no luck.
All software is updated latest (V1.000.R.20211207). Any ideas from anyone how to solve the issue or experienced similar problems. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
