Dahua 52C232XANR advice on day,night settings.

Okay I have a 32x 2mp recessed dome starlight camera. The day time picture is good. The night time in color is blurry and pixelated. The night time in B&W is even worse and looks like a person moving has a black shadow on them. Anyone have any settings they recommend? I have tried adjusting no improvement. Youtube and searching turns up negative results...
 
Do you have good street lighting or additional lights as this is what you need for that camera unless you upgrade to a larger sensor model.

yes house light and led street light 80 feet away. Lighting is good.
