Getting the hang of it
I have always used text overlay on the camera and not BI and positioned it in a location that would still be visible is very bright conditions but still not idle, then moved to adding a privacy mask behind the overlay. Privacy mask while better again still not the best as it blocks off footage behind the overlay.
Recently got a Hikvision rebranded Ezviz camera and one of the overlay feature I liked is that the text colour would change from white to black automatically and it wouldn't be the entire overlay, so dark areas have white ttext and light areas have black text.
Any way to get this to work work on Dahua cameras or at the very least get black text in the day and white text at night?
