Custom alert notification sounds

Hello,

Has anyone figured out how to get a custom notification sound for blue Iris alerts?

I have a sound selected from the list blue Iris offers and that works great but I'm trying to get a new sound to show up and use . I have added the .wav file to the blue Iris sounds file as well as the www sound file . It doesn't show up as an option.

I appreciate any ideas on this.

Are you putting it in the correct folder with the other sound files?

I believe so. I have restarted the computer as well as blue Iris but no luck.

Are you trying to get this to play on the blue iris pc or the mobile app?

You can use your phone to change the sound for each app.
